BRIGHTON FAMILY PHYSICIANS BILLING INFORMATION

Brighton Family Physicians is contracted with multiple insurance companies and as a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim on your behalf. As a participating provider we will actively seek reimbursement from your insurance company. We adhere to the American Medical Association (AMA) Current Procedural Terminology Guidelines, in conjunction with AMA's ICD-10 requirements. You may contact our billing department for additional information regarding insurance participation or you may call your insurance to see if we are a participating provider. Most insurance companies have our clinic listed under our Tax ID, which you'll need to verify participation (#74-3097459). Copays and deductibles are assigned to a patient's account according to their explanation of benefits. Please see the listing below for insurance companies we contract with:

We are currently in process of Patient Centered Medical Home certification and attesting for Meaningful Use, a mandate by the federal government.
